Job Title: Customer Care Specialist - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday to Wednesday (Thursdays & Fridays Off) - 45 Hours
Compensation: Earn $3,800 weekly
Objective:
The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while driving proactive solutions to enhance the overall user experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a high-touch point of contact for customers, ensuring 100% compliance on answer rate and quality guidelines.
Handle incoming calls, SMS, in-app chat, and Facebook messaging to assist customers.
Support customers through the account opening process and address any concerns or inquiries.
Track and report ongoing issues, collaborate with internal teams to build the best customer-first mobile banking app.
Work on incoming tickets via Sales Force, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
Implement proactive solutions to improve the client onboarding experience.
Analyze customer interactions to increase satisfaction and continually improve the user experience.
Collaborate with Marketing and Business teams to align customer service efforts with company goals.
Profile:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and Sales Force.
Knowledge of the banking/financial industry preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
Experience with handling communications across multiple channels (e.g., SMS, in-app chat, social media).
Strong work ethic, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to excellence.
Job Qualifications:
Advanced/Native proficiency in English and Spanish.
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
