The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager Credit Risk Modeling Decision Platform to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will be responsible for ensuring that our technology supports robust credit decisioning while providing real-time insights into our portfolio's performance. This role is central to our risk management infrastructure.

What will I be doing?

Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our credit risk decision platform.
Ensure seamless integration of credit models into the decisioning engine.
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to implement state-of-the-art MIS systems for portfolio monitoring.
Lead a team of technical and risk professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Regularly review and update platform capabilities in response to changing market conditions and company strategies

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree such as finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, business, or data science
8 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, data analytics, and leadership roles.
Solid experience in credit risk decision platforms, credit risk engines, and portfolio monitoring.
Proven track record in managing technical teams in a risk management setting
Extensive knowledge of credit risk decision platforms, including but not limited to platforms like Experian Power Curve, FICO, and custom-built decision engines.
Deep understanding of modern MIS systems, data visualization tools, and reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with the technical aspects of integrating models into decision platforms, including API integrations.
Experience with real-time decisioning and batch processing.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages commonly used in risk systems, such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Knowledge of database management systems, both relational (e.g., SQL) and non-relational (e.g., Mongo DB).
Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially services related to data storage and processing.
