Salary: 4,000 MXP Weekly + Competitive Commission Structure
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team for our auto warranty campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely payments. Your expertise will directly contribute to our team's success and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on overdue accounts related to auto warranties.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, to resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and respect.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in collections or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collections software.
