Job Summary
Job summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Leader located in Aguascalientes site.
Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, the Business Excellence Leader role involves in charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.
What a typical day looks like:
- Time validations.
- Capacity analysis.
- Operations support.
- Participation in Kaizen.
- Team leadership.
- Layout updates.
- Generation of drivers.
- Delivery of Lean courses.
- Application of statistical tools for continuous improvement.
- Application of lean tools for continuous improvement.
- Collection and validation of information for reporting.
- Collection and validation of information for monthly CIMT report.
- Coordination of 5s genbas.
- Implementation of corporate strategies.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Intermediate-Advanced English.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- 6 sigma.
- Logistics.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Autocat, Minitab, Solid Works, Flex SIM (nice to have).
- Operations Management Techniques.
- Use of Office package.
- Leadership.
- Team work.
