Provide exceptional support to donors, answering their inquiries with care and precision.
Accurately record all donor information in our system.
Handle incoming calls with strict adherence to our quality standards, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative.
Deliver accurate and thorough information to donors, assessing their needs to fulfill their requests effectively.
Maintain a confident, helpful, and empathetic approach in all communications.
Qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Preferred 1+ years of experience in a similar customer service role.
Familiarity with legal terms and jargon is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge connections easily.
Confident communicator who consistently receives positive feedback.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning and growth.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and quick learning abilities to contribute efficiently.
Emotional intelligence to remain composed under pressure and when handling difficult clients.
Strong computer skills, including the ability to type 30+ words per minute in a Windows environment.
Reliable and committed to maintaining a perfect attendance record.
Schedule Options:
Morning Shift: Start between 6:00 am and 8:00 am, working 9 hours per day with 3 days off per week (including Sundays).
Salary: $3,360.
Mid-Day Shift: Start between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, working 9 hours per day with 3 days off per week (including Sundays).
