Job Title: Automation Project Manager About the job Foxconn needs a project manager to join our Mexico site to help manage our EV projects. The project manager needs to have an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle, be comfortable managing medium to large complex projects, with ambitious schedule commitments, in a highly dynamic environment, and involve multiple diverse teams spread around the world. They have to be comfortable interacting with and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization in order to be successful! This position is based out of San Jeronimo, Chihuahua, Mexico, just across the U.S. border, remote is not an option. Job Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope, objectives, and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders, to ensure feasibility and alignment with the goal of the project
Develop detailed project plans that include plans to manage scope, requirements, schedule, cost, risk, communications, changes, etc., and ensure its execution
Monitor and report to stakeholders on the progress of all project activity within the project, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect the projects
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution to continuously measure performance, and areas of improvement and ensure the project’s success
submit project deliverables that passed quality standards and obtain stakeholders’ acceptance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experiences in automation development with EV-related industry.
Having commercial and business awareness; knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Familiar with nin-standard automation equipment developing process is a plus.
Ability to work proactively and independently, to remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish/Chinese is a required.
