Summary
This role is within the Brand Strategy and Creative Team. Serves as support in overseeing the development and
translation of digital marketing materials, to include email, digital display and other communication assets; proofread all
materials to ensure they are letter-perfect and mistake-free. This person is responsible for comprehensive project
management of their work, maintaining deadlines, escalating issues to their manager and communicating status and
needs clearly across teams. Is available to help the Creative team when needed to support graphic design and trans-
creation of Marketing materials from English to Spanish. Coordinates particular project assignments, meeting activities,
and consistently follows up on all open projects.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses a combination of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for
detail as well as a strong desire to deliver the best experience for all customers.
Primary Accountabilities:
1) Create compelling and visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print
collateral.
2) Develop eye-catching designs for promotional materials, advertisements, packaging, and in-store displays,
focusing on developing graphics optimized for various digital channels to enhance the online customer experience.
3) Work closely with Marketing, Digital Experience, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines. 4) Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and enhance design concepts. 5) Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity across different platforms and mediums. 6) Assist in the development and enforcement of brand standards. 7) Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design. 8) Bring innovative and fresh design ideas to the team. 9) Prepare files for distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality. 10) Collaborate with external vendors to ensure proper execution of designs. Requirements: · Level of formal education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field. · Years of experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industry. ·
Type of experience:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
