Location: Tecate Brewery Plant Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive team, coordinate corporate visits, manage events, and handle logistics. This role requires a highly organized individual with experience in event planning, budget management, and corporate communication. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and delivery of gifts, including managing budgets and suppliers.
Organize and plan special plant visits, including logistics such as hotel reservations, transportation, and security protocols.
Ensure necessary supplies and arrangements are in place for high-level visits and audits.
Manage event planning, such as the annual directors' meeting and holiday events, including venue reservations, logistics, and catering.
Provide support for additional requests like filming, photography, and other corporate events.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support or similar role.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
