Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Create and organize information, ensuring that documents and data are easily accessible and properly filed.
Prepare and format legal reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and firm guidelines.
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Respond to all case-related inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
Manage cases for consultation and advice, coordinating appointments and meetings as needed.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and supervisors, both orally and in writing.
Produce work product that does not need proofreading and editing, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and quality.
Qualifications:
Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
