8025 - Launch Engineer (Food/Pharma Industry)
Implement a structured process for the start-up and validation of new equipment and processes in the food manufacturing plant through the generation and executionof specific protocols, ensuring their proper operation and optimizing production.
The role involves a specification review to analyze the technical requirements for the start-up and validation of new equipment and processes. Protocols for commissioning, validation, and start-up will be developed, outlining detailed procedures and acceptance criteria. A timeline for start-up activities will be created, coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition. Once established, protocols will be executed on the production floor, with necessary tests conducted to validate equipment functionality.
Training sessions for operational staff will ensure proper handling of the new equipment. Results monitoring will involve collecting data to evaluate equipment performance, utilizing basic statistical analysis to confirm compliance with specifications. Adjustments to protocols will be made based on feedback, and comprehensive documentation will record findings and solutions. Regular follow-up meetings will be held to review progress and address challenges.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in start-up and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes (food and pharma industry)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of commissioning, validation, and start-up (CVS) processes.
Basic statistical analysis skills for process validation.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams.
Proficiency in English for technical communication.
Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
Flexibility to work weekends with adjusted days off from Monday to Friday.
