Responsibilities and Authorities: 1. Create Work Order / Repair Request Form as per requested by driver or workshop & service PIC. 2. Cooperate with workshop & service PIC in order to schedule the service / repair sequence. 3. Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are up to date & submitted on time. 4. Willing to work overtime, if requested by the company. 5. Manage on Schedule Waste. 6. Daily coordination status of truck repair and maintenance. 7. Monitoring & manage on general service of truck. 8. Manage & perform all the recording tires fixed on truck. 9. Prepare and compile inventory tires report for stock count. 10. Responsible for other related job assigned by the superior from time to time. 11. Notwithstanding the above, may be required to perform ad hoc duties from time to time. Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience): 1. Possess minimum SPM. 2. Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Clerical/Administration Support or equivalent, minimum 2 years of experiences. 3. Proficient in basic office skills such as Word,Excel, Powerpoint and etc. 4. Have good organizational skill , a proactive mindset, detailed oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize work with high sense or urgency. 5. Able to work with less supervision. 6.
