Salary negotiable / based on experience
Responsibilities:-
1. Coordinating with forwarding and transportation agents for customs clearance and delivery processes.
2. Strategically plan & manage Logistics, warehouse, transportation & customer services direct, optimize & coordinate full order.
3. to responsible for supervising the end-to-end operation, develop & enforce SOP’s. And build & train a team to support rapid business growth and ensure smooth logistic & warehouse operations.
4. Working closely with sales team to ensure completeness of sales transactions.
5. Conducting periodic stock counts to ensure stock accuracy.
6. To comply to local statutory and warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements and ISO Standard procedures.
7. Oversee warehouse management and operations.
8. Monitoring goods received and goods issued.
9. Systematically managing inventory and maintaining records database.
10. To plan deliveries routes/schedule and assign deliveries to lorry drivers.
11. Implement of truck preventive maintenance & APAD requirements (etc ; Tyre Checklist). Report any abnormality to superior. Bring driver & lorry to workshop if needed.
12. Ensure efficient movement of goods in compliance with company's policies, procedures and local statutory regulations.
13. Handling of all documentary requirements and maintaining all related records and files including relevant shipping documentations.
14. Prepare full sets custom declaration documentation (DOs, Invoices, K2 forms, Permits & Etc.)
15. In charge of Dagangnet online system for export documentations.
16. To update fuel consumption into GPS system, daily and monthly Autopass record, TNG record, lorry maintenance report etc.
17. Monitor expiry date GVP, Puspakom, road tax & insurance.
18. Handling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the top management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
