1. Oversee & monitor day-to-day team operation & functions
2. Review & ensure team performance is based on company standards & processes &
take appropriate action/decision for improvement when required.
3. Ensure team activities meeting KPIs & organization requirements.
4. Plan for upcoming organizational needs and strategy plan.
5. Work closely with other teams/departments for smooth operation & effective
execution
Education / Experience Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field like Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering (Civil Engineering)

• A minimum of 3 years' experience.

• Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management

• Experience in maintenance and all facets of facility operation. Solid computer and systems knowledge.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
