Tiktok admin specialist

Location: Johor Bahru (Office-based)
Salary: RM 2,500 per month
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tik Tok Admin Specialist to manage and streamline the administrative tasks related to our Tik Tok presence. Based in Johor Bahru, this role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring content is scheduled and posted on time, tracking analytics, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our Tik Tok strategy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage Tik Tok account settings, assist with live stream setups, upload content, and maintain up-to-date profile information.
  • Content Scheduling: Organize and maintain the Tik Tok content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled, published on time, and aligned with the overall social media strategy.
  • Collaboration Coordination: Work with the marketing, creative, and social media teams to ensure Tik Tok content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as views, engagement, follower growth, and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Community Management: Assist in responding to comments and interacting with the Tik Tok community to increase engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest Tik Tok trends and best practices to suggest improvements or new ideas for content.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support for the team with various administrative tasks related to Tik Tok operations, including campaign tracking and maintaining content archives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in social media management or an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Tik Tok and basic social media analytics tools.
  • Communication: Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Tik Tok's backend features.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
