Temporary HR Officer / Executive
Job Scope
- Handle HR and Administrative assignments.
- Issue uniforms and stationeries
- Maintain and update time management and leave system to monitor the attendance of all employees.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.
- Assist manager in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves, OT and staff claims).
- Handle contractors (contract foreign workers, panel clinics, security and cleaner).
- Check attendance (FW), check invoices (all contractors), update in HR system, send for payment by following the due dates.
- Download/update attendance from TCMS once a week and process staff’s attendance in HR system.
- Manage HR Systems, including Attendance, Leave, Overtime, and Claim Modules).
- Manage staff claims – to check and approve before payroll period by following the cut off.
- Handle company’s printer reading and liaise with Fuji Film
- Tracking all invoice processing
In summary, handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager & other necessary HR & administrative duties.
Requirement
- Able to join immediately (at least early or mid of Oct’24)
- Covering period up to end Feb’25 (about 4 – 5 months)
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business or any related discipline.
- 2 years of minimum experience in HR & Admin tasks.
- Result-oriented and ability to communicate effectively

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
