About the role
The technician is responsible for the maintenance of the employee's housing, Resort's physical building appearance and assets such as furniture and fixtures. This position requires to cover the Resort's back of the house area this includes lockers room, games room, cafeteria, offices, etc.
What you will do
- Responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance and repair schedules for employee's housing.
- Able to conduct minor preventive maintenance work
- Maintaining the employee's housing inventory stock
- Assist in handling event organize by People & Culture Department
- Identify, notify and follow-up with People and Culture Executive on any problems/defects of the employee's housing.
What you bring
- Diploma or equivalent in Maintenance.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with employees and vendor.
- Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to work independently.
