DAILY TASK
Ensuring daily Scheduled Waste collection is completed as per the Schedule given.
Complying with all company rules and regulations including all safety guidelines as well as customer’s regulations as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) stated.
Safe handling of loading and unloading activities of Scheduled Waste Transferring from Production to Segregation/Scheduled Waste storage.
Safe handling of loading activities of Schedule Waste to Waste Transportation Lorries.
Maintaining good housekeeping at Segregation area as well as Scheduled Waste storage area and TCGM control room.
Ensuring all the Labelling, Packing & Storing of the Scheduled Waste is followed as per the D.O.E requirements.
Maintaining all tools or equipment used for handling or packing Scheduled waste are in good order and tip top condition.
Assisting customer’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) during any leakage and Scheduled Waste spillage.
Ensuring all waste bins are in good order and all waste are cleared and disposed in specified time.
Ensuring Schedule waste checklist been updated accordingly in daily basis during collection and disposal of schedule waste.
Actively involved in Operation activities and any other ad-hoc task or activity if required.
II.RESPONSIBILITIES The HWM Technician is responsible for
Maintaining day to day Scheduled Waste collection as per schedule.
Ensure all Schedule Waste generated and disposed accordingly.
To update daily HWM routine activity via Whats App to HWM Supervisor/Coordinator.
To inform and report any Mixed Scheduled Waste or issue during collecting the Scheduled Waste or Disposing the Scheduled Waste to HWM Supervisor/Coordinator and System Owner respectively.
Ensure to confirm the Scheduled Waste code to be disposed to HWM Supervisor/Coordinator.
Meeting job requirement.
To ensure 5S and housekeeping is well maintained on-site during working hour.
Ensure that injury free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incidents and zero environment accident during on-site activity.
To fulfill customer’s need and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator program, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and provide support to operations.
Ensure all reports, checklist and inventory updated accordingly for records purposes.
Managing Schedule Waste Management system and ensure that all waste disposal follows Department of Environment (DOE) regulations and customer needs.
To assist the company and client during system failure, power failures or any other abnormalities.
III. QUALIFICATIONS Possess minimum a SPM with at least 1-3 years of related working experience is an added advantage. Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the operation technician and also to demonstrate the following personnel attributes:

Working hours: Shift Pattern (Day & Night) One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time. Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH) Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS.
