Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Nursing
License: Registered with Nursing Board and have Valid Malaysian Nursing Council registration
Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred (We encourage Fresh graduate to apply)
Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
