Qualifications & experience

• At least 2 years of working experience in construction.
• Must have CIDB permit
• Able to work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties.
• Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plan.
• Posses own transport.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on the project at the site, ensuring work is completed and runs smoothly.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities and ensure that all works are carried out according to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, and work instructions.
• To supervise and manage daily project planning and work progress on-site.
• Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients. To assist submit all documents, reports and data.
• To ensure all materials delivered to site are handled and stored appropriately.
• To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

资格与经验

• 一定要有CIDB证书。
• 至少有2年的建筑工作经验。
• 能够独立工作，具备诚信和对工作任务的承诺。
• 有效的现场管理技能，并具备阅读施工图纸的知识。
• 拥有自己的交通工具。

任务与职责

• 监督项目现场的施工工作，确保工作顺利完成。
• 协调和监控分包商的活动，确保所有工作按照图纸、规格、施工计划、程序和工作指令进行。
• 监督和管理现场的日常项目规划和工作进度。
• 参加所有项目现场会议以及与客户的技术会议。
• 协助提交所有文件、报告和数据。
• 确保所有送达现场的材料得到妥善处理和存储。
• 向上级汇报项目的每日进度。
• 执行上级分配的其他临时任务。

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
