SECURITY PERSONNEL (SRESB)
Job Descriptions:
- Physical Security:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor general security during shift
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
- Control access to the hotel and its facilities.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures.
- Guest Safety
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests related to safety.
- Escort guests to their rooms and vehicles as needed.
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
- Employee Safety:
- Monitor employee behavior and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures.
- Ensure that employees comply with safety regulations.
- Property Protection:
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Investigate incidents and gather evidence.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement as necessary
- Emergency Response:
- Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents and natural disasters.
- Administer first aid as needed.
- Follow emergency procedures and protocols.
- Hotel Services:
- Respond to housekeeping requests, such as linen changes and room cleaning after hours.
- Assists guests with inquiries and requests ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Provide general guest services, including information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the main pool and pool villas.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pool areas.
- High school, diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or security industry preferred.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
