Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all sales enquiries in order to sell the property and achieve the sales targets.
  • Organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/ approval of loan pertaining to the sold property.
  • Source new sales opportunities by generating inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain close follow up with prospects and existing buyers to build good relationship.
  • Conduct market survey, learn about competitors’ products and build network to gain first hand industry information.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the Company’s products and keeping abreast of competitors’ products and activities.
  • Prepare relevant marketing/sales report.
  • To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field, within Property or Banking industry with experience in mortgages/loans would be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good in building rapport with customers.
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales target.
  • Pleasant & Presentable
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
