isJob Description:

• Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints
• Actively introduce and promote products and promotional items to customers
• Manage (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation.
• Check the stock at the designated display freezer, chiller and service chiller
• Check the display whether is according to Plano-gram set by the Management
• Check the temperature at display freezer, chillers, and also storage chillers
• Check current and existing stock and replenish stock if deemed necessary
• Record and report immediately defects/malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown, machinery breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc
• Butcher: Ensure all meat is cut/slice/trimmed based on the retail standard cuts
• Cashier: Manage all cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payments for their purchase.
• Cashier: Check daily outlet bills.
• Cashier: Check cash flow, ensure small denominations are available, maintain the cash accurately at the counter according to the set procedures and to be accountable for any shortage and to keep proper records of operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Alor Setar
• Preferred female staff
• At least 1 year of experience as a retail assistant
• Honest, responsible, and the right attitude
• Medical claim included
• Annual and medical leave shall be following the prevailing Labour Law
• Willing to work on public holidays, weekends & OT
• Preferably candidate who can start work immediately

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
