We are seeking for a retail assistant to take care of our daily operations (B2B & B2C). You will be based at our office situated at Taman Perling, Johor Bahru. All majors of qualifications are welcome, especially experience in retail or operation or sales. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and support barista promoting Cofa products
Introduce Cofa products to B2C and B2B professionally, as awell as promotion on-going
Main support to barista in preparing coffee tasting
Submit and pack day-to-day orders from online and offline platforms, also B2B order
Reply customer inquires in online platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
Identify and establish relationships with customers to make purchasing decision faster
Daily sales update
Invoicing and collect payment order
Restock coffee supplies for serving
Inventory stock take and monitor stock level to prevent shortages
Ensure packing space is clean and smooth flow
Work closely with marketing team and barista
Requirements:
1 to 2 years Experienced Retail/Sales/Operation
Excellent communication
Strong operation skills
Good speaking/writing skills in English
Possess own transport
Basic computer skills, own laptop
Strong interest in operations and sales functions.
