• Estimation: Prepare accurate project cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Procurement: Source materials, negotiate prices, and manage supplier contracts.
• Contract Administration: Administer contracts, track project progress, and ensure compliance.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Value Engineering: Propose cost-effective alternatives to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope and specifications.
• Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving project-related disputes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships and address client concerns.
• Able to travel to Singapore when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
