QA EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,872.66 per month
Benefits:
- Manage all quality related activities. Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.
- Coordinate customer visits and audits. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
- Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
- Define and develop quality criteria- Define outgoing quality plan, work with production, product management and customer.
- Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training / development for quality inspectors and technician for the related products.
- Data Analysis and statistical Process control. Constant use or apply statistical techniques in data analysis, implement statistical process control.
- Process control and audit. Review whole process control system through quarterly review of process and product or FMEA. Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement.
- Possess skills in Process yield monitoring, Quality Improvement, Failure Analysis, FMEA, SPC tools, Six Sigma, MRB/IFR, 8D, ECN/TECN.
- Involve in all qualification activities related to the product, establish qualification requirements.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience.
- Degree in Engineering (Microelectronics / Electronics or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge in ISO 9001 requirement.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,872.66 per month
