Protege - Human Resources Trainee
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Overtime payment administration by matching, monitoring and checking overtime record, absenteeism record, attendance record for every department.
· To plan and coordinate interview schedule with shortlisted candidates and hiring manager. Keeping records of resume database.
· To initiate innovative employee programs from time to time in order to minimize gaps within levels of employment and assist employees in maintaining “work-life” balance.
· Assist in employee leave administration in terms of record tracking, inform employee of leave approval and leave balance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
