To monitor, supervise and oversee for overall construction project management, which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution, compliance and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time, budget and quality
To lead and coordinate with internal project team, project consultants and client's representative
To make safety inspections and ensure construction site safety
To maintain quality control procedure on all the time during construction period
To prepare paper works like monthly progress reports, request of information etc.
To attend all site meetings and consultant meetings
Requirement:
Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural/Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, team working & leading skills
Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
