Job Summary:

Job Description:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Job Description:
- Meeting To prepare 2D/3D design concepts and space planning
- Responsible to achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on sales leads to developing good relationships with prospects.
- To work closely with designers and clients and produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Color Scheme Specifications based on customer's needs.
- Manage client's project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
- To attend site meetings, attend client’s briefing / site measurement to ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client's project.
- To Prepare work progress report and coordination with all parties involved including internal Construction & Commercial team during Construction Stage.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects with the internal construction team.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
