Procurement Executive
Job Description:
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Source materials locally and internationally.
- Monitor delivery of purchased equipment/items.
- Ensure purchased equipment/items meet required specifications.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and pricing information.
- Quarterly stock counting
- Manage approved vendors; maintain and update supplier database.
- Conduct vendor screening and supply market research.
- Prepare and issue tender documents as per requirements.
- Review and evaluate quotations/tenders from vendors.
- Support periodic vendor evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company SOPs.
- Assist in internal process improvement and cost-saving through procurement strategies.
- Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties as required.
- Invoice administration – assessment/settlement of invoice and scrutinise and verify incoming invoices
- Monitor and provide support in areas of general office supplies and services
- Preparation of reports and memos for the departments
- Assisting in asset management
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in related fields
- Effectively bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. (To communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking overseas and local counterparts/vendors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using the functions of Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other communication tools
- Relevant experience in related field is an added advantage
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
