Job Description As the Plant Manager, you will work closely with the Operation Director and play a lead role to drive process optimization and continuous improvement of the plant operation.
Lead, coach, and motivate the employees for performance excellence meeting the company objectives and KPIs in profitability, quality, service and innovation.
Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production.
Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchases, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and work-in-progress inventory.
Ensure good safety standard awareness and comply to in-house and regulatory standards.
Efficient preventive maintenance planning to prevent unplanned downtime and to extend the life span of the machine.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or equivalent.
8-10 years of working experience in chemical plant production and operation at the senior executive or managerial level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and local government authorities.
Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
