跟进客户的预约和售后服务，确保他们对服务效果满意并愿意持续使用。
市场活动支持：
协助策划与执行市场推广活动及客户体验活动，提升品牌影响力。
积极参与公司提供的培训，确保对最新的美容与健康疗法趋势和产品技术了解透彻。
职位要求：
至少1-2年销售经验，拥有美容、健康或相关行业经验者优先考虑。
优秀的沟通能力与客户服务意识，能够与客户建立信任并提供个性化建议。
积极主动，目标导向，能在压力下达成销售业绩。
对美容与健康疗法有浓厚的兴趣，愿意不断学习和提高专业知识。
中文为母语者优先， 能用英文和马来文进行基本沟通者为佳。

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Aesthetic and Wellness Therapy Sales Personnel to join our team. As a member of our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium aesthetic and wellness therapy services, helping clients enhance both their external beauty and inner health.
Sales and Client Development:
Develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Actively recommend aesthetic and wellness therapies suited to client needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring monthly performance indicators are met.
Service and Consultation:
Provide professional consultations on aesthetic and wellness therapies, understanding clients' skin, body, and health needs.
Use in-depth product and therapy knowledge to recommend suitable services and plans to help clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.
Follow up on client appointments and after-sales services to ensure they are satisfied with the results and are willing to continue using the services.
Market Activity Support:
Assist in planning and executing marketing promotions and client experience activities to enhance brand influence.
Actively participate in company-provided training to stay informed about the latest trends in aesthetic and wellness therapies, as well as product technology.
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to build trust with clients and offer personalized recommendations.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to achieve sales performance under pressure.
Strong interest in aesthetics and wellness therapies, with a willingness to continually learn and improve professional knowledge.
Chinese speakers preferred; basic communication skills in English and Malay are a plus.
