Requirement:

• At least 5 years of related working experience
• Able to read engineering drawing

Scope:
1. Lead and supervise the fitting line team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities for the fitting line.
3. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize
downtime.
5. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the fitting line.
7. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, time register, quality, and
downtime.
9. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
