Act as the main point of contact between the company and the Malaysian customs department for all LMW- related matters.
Ensure compliance with LMW regulations, including record- keeping, reporting, and submission of required documentation.
Monitor and manage LMW licenses and ensure timely renewals and updates.
Manage the logistics operations and coordinate shipment activities.
Tracking, monitoring, and updating order progress and delivery statuses to the sales team and customers, promptly resolving any issues or delays.
Monitor and manage packing material & shipment material levels in the warehouse.
Data entry & analysis of related reports.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance /Higher /Graduate diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with specific experience in LMW liaison and compliance in Malaysia.
Knowledge of Malaysian Customs regulations and LMW requirements.
Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part if a team.
