Key Responsibility

• To perform Online delivery to customer when required.
• To check quality of each merchandise when receive from picker (including temperature).
• To ensure all frozen or chill (temperature critical) items to be deliver within correct temperature, by using sufficient ice pack.
• To verify order quantity according to order.
• To ride or drive carefully, follows all traffic rules, always remember, that we are Aeon’s representative.
• To serve our customer with courteous by greet, proudly introduce our self proudly as AEON employee and say “Thank You” at the end of each transaction.
• To deliver all order within stipulated time, in correct quantity and at right quality.

Requirements

• Possess At Least SPM Level.
• At Least 1 Years In The Retail/Groceries Environment
• Able To Work In Shift Working Hours.
• Possess Own Transport (Motorcycle Or Car)
• Be physically fit and able to work in a fast pace
• Have positive attitude and good time management
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday
• Able to report in Written and Verbal Communication.
• Able to provide fast response on urgent matters and queries to store personnel.
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.

License and Insurance
a. Possesses valid driving license (motorbike or motorcar)
b. Motorbike or motorcar are compulsory to have insurance coverage and valid road tax
Device and application
a. Must own a smartphone
b. Compulsory to download my AEON2go rider’s apps
With regard to Operations (major tasks on daily basis) within Incumbent’s Div / Dept :
a. To assist other dept either Online or Offline as per instructed by Superior
b. To report any out of ordinary incidents on the road or at customer’s address immediately to Superior
c. To maintain motorbike condition and cleanliness at all time
