Job Description:
- Lead and Manage Laboratory Team.
- Execute and monitor daily work assignments.
- Audit and ensure adherence of SOP in accordance to ISO 15189.
- Able to lead , train and manage daily samples TAT.
- Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Bio-Medical Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years direct work experience in the medical laboratory.
- Able to validate report and perform phlebotomy is mandatory.
- Responsible and reliable, proactive, committed to meet deadlines.
