Kindergarten Principal
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kindergarten Principal to lead our vibrant early childhood education program. As the educational leader of our kindergarten, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young minds to thrive.
Responsibilities:
1)Provide visionary leadership to ensure the highest standards of early childhood education.
2)Develop and implement curriculum strategies that align with best practices in early childhood development.
3)Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes a love for learning.
4)Supervise and support teaching staff, promoting professional development and collaboration.
5)Oversee day-to-day operations, including student enrolment, scheduling, and facility management.
6)Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in early childhood education or a related field with minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
OR
2) Diploma or SPM holder with 10 - 15 Years of Early Childhood Teaching Experience with Teaching Permit
Skills:
1) Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team of educators towards a shared vision.
2) Educational Vision: A clear understanding of modern early childhood education principles and trends.
3) Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, parents, and the community.
4) Organizational Skills: Efficient management of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
5) Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among staff.
