Junior Executive (Underwriting)
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Ensure adherence to underwriting policies, procedures and standards.
- Obtain confirmation of No Claim Discount (NCD) information from Insurance Services Malaysia (ISM).
- Reconfirm NCD with discrepancy.
- Accept cancellation and NCD recovery cases.
- Confirm No Claim Bonus from previous insurers.
- Prepare Clawback report, NCD Change report, endorsement reject & vehicle chassis validation to send to HQ.
- Prepare short payment letter.
- Check on policy listing against Accuterm system and inform agent to append the vehicle number.
- Answer phone calls from agents, insured and HQ.
- Handle agent's refer risk inquiries as a backup.
- SPM Holder
- Preferably with relevant underwriting experience.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
