Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and message or telephone enquiries.
- Liaise with sales department for sales support.
- Preparation of sales Quotation, Delivery order and sales invoices for execution of tasks and orders.
- General filing and any task being assigned by the Superior.
- Prepare sales-related documents or marketing materials to meet customer needs.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Minimum diploma holders, preferably with degree holders.
- Must possess basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point etc).
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred)
