Job Description
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM300.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Job Description
- Responsible on administrative services for operations.
- Handle all billing of operation utilities and purchases.
- Manage documentations with suppliers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Perform tasks and assignments as assigned by superior.
- Handle record-keeping and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Diploma / Degree student in the relevant field of study.
- Internship period for 3 - 6 months
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude with willing to learn mindset.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM300.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
