HR Manager (Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements:
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Strong understanding of the Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law, and other related legislation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively in a team.
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR administration functions, including recruitment, new staff onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor employee leave, attendance, probationary reviews, and conduct job appraisals for employment confirmation.
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Develop, enforce, and promote awareness of HR policies.
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with HR statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Managers on general HR matters, including employee grievances and counseling.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefit changes adhere to company policies and approval processes.
- Provide accurate and timely monthly HR reports to management.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
