Responsible to oversee the processing of monthly payroll and statutory submissions to various authorities (EPF, SOCSO & EIS) - Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff development and employee relations. - Manage leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance. - Prepare monthly HR reports. - Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters. - Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances. - Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned. - Design and administer employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels. - Establish open communication channels and feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of transparency, trust, and employee voice. - Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in talent management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. - Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization. - Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. - Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development by providing resources and opportunities for ongoing skill enhancement. - Implement talent development programs, including mentoring, coaching, and career development opportunities, to foster employee growth and retention. - Design and oversee effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization and accelerate their productivity.
