Recruitment
- Screening candidates
- Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
- Follow up/coordination with potential candidates
- Salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates
- Carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in HR or equivalent
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Proficient in Mandarin and or Cantonese will be an advantage (for work purposes)
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply !
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
