HR Executive
Recruitment and Selection:
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and issue employment contracts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including orientation and training for new hires.
- Manage exit interviews and ensure all exit procedures are completed effectively.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to enhance employee competencies.
- Implement career development programs for employee growth.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage attendance records, sick leaves, and vacation requests.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking
