JOB DESCRIPTION This role involves developing and implementing financial policies and strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic recommendations to the management team to ensure long-term financial stability and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
2) Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.
3) Budget Management:
Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Identify areas of overspending and propose corrective actions.
Assist department heads in understanding and managing their budgets.
4) Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
5) Cost Control:
Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
Review and approve expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
6) Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Oversee internal and external audits.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.

7) Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
8) Strategic Initiatives:
Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Provide financial modeling and analysis for new projects and investments.
Support mergers and acquisitions, if applicable.
