Responsibilities
ž Develop and implement the live streaming strategy
ž Lead the local teams including Live Streamers, Account Management and Production
ž Source and sign the biggest live streaming partnerships
ž Execute long term streaming solutions for our venue partners globally
ž Ensure the quality of live streaming events on Tik Tok
ž Develop strategic marketing initiatives to maximise sell through on live streaming events
Key Requirements:
Experience:
ž Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in live streaming, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within an e Commerce environment.
ž Proven track record of managing successful live stream campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Skills:
ž Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
ž Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a charismatic on-camera presence.
ž Familiarity with live streaming platforms and tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Restream).
ž Creative and innovative thinker with a strong understanding of current digital marketing and live streaming trends.
Qualifications:
ž Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communication, or a related field.
ž Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
