Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to checkout
Supervise room attendants, butlers, concierges, etc. to ensure that they provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
Overseeing the cleanliness of the hotel’s public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, to ensure they meet the standards of the hotel’s brand
Ensuring all guests are greeted warmly during check-in until check-out.
Working together with the housekeeping department to ensure that housekeepers are properly trained on how to clean different types of rooms and equipment correctly.
Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently
Reviewing the condition of guest rooms after each cleaning and providing feedback to housekeeping supervisors about any issues that need to be addressed
Reviewing guest reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in the guest experience
