POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Creative Designer is a key creative leader responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the production of high-quality visual designs across various mediums. This role demands a strong artistic vision, advanced design skills, and the ability to translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives. The Executive Creative Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other creative teams to ensure consistency and excellence in all visual communications. The ideal candidate is a seasoned designer with a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining the highest design standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Key Responsibilities: Manage Artwork & Creative Strategy: -Liaise with marketing strategy department to integrate creative artwork into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns. -Analyze current trends in artwork and poster design and incorporate relevant and engaging elements into creative animation strategy. -Develop strategies for adapting creative artwork across various platforms and propose to higher management and amend based on feedback if necessary. Manage Artwork Design Concept Ideas: -Develop themes for artwork designs that align with marketing objectives, brand identity, and campaign messaging. -Develop comprehensive creative briefs of the vision, objectives, and key elements of design concepts. -Develop and adhere to timelines for the conceptualization and presentation of design concepts. -Present to higher management to gather feedback on the design concept and make necessary revisions. Manage Documentations & Asset Management: -Organize and maintain campaign-related assets, including design files, images, videos, and other media. -Implement backup systems and access controls to prevent unauthorized usage or loss. -Utilize centralized digital asset management system to store, archive, and access campaign-related files. Manage Work Progress Reporting: -Provide work progress update to superior in daily basis. -Submit artwork draft to superior and collect feedbacks on campaign artwork. -Analyze feedback to identify key areas for improvement and determine necessary revisions. -Revise designs, content, or other elements based on the feedback received. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Job Requirements: Educational Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Media, Creative Design, and etc related to design and editing. Experience: -A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Digital Business experience plus with Design. -Experience in dealing with social media, digital platform and others related to it, editing and design software. Skills and Competencies: -In-depth knowledge of digital business and designing video and poster. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. -High attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. -Proficiency in data analyst, data merging, covert data into report and graph.
