Clerk/Admin-Taman Daya

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at a tow truck company. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support dispatch operations to ensure smooth and efficient towing services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls from customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
  • Dispatch Support: Assist the dispatch team by coordinating with tow truck drivers, providing them with accurate information, and updating the dispatch system in real-time.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding service requests, provide status updates, and handle any inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain records of towing jobs, customer details, payments, and other important data in company systems.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records related to towing services.
  • Coordination: Work closely with tow truck drivers, mechanics, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Perform various office duties such as filing, copying, mailing, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Insurance renewal/policy skill will be an advantage
Qualifications:
  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role; experience in a towing or transportation company is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and dispatch systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
