Assistant Manager, Palm Oil Estate (Peninsular/Sabah/Sarawak)
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
- Support Estate Manager in daily estate operations and ensure the output of production and quality targets are achieved.
- Prepare overall estate budget and costing, set out objective of the work proposal, progress planning, etc. as required by the management.
- Monitor job tasks of estate workers and ensure GAP and its standard practice are being followed.
- Verify and conform payment submissions and ensure all submissions are as per company policy.
- Provide training and coaching.
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports, monthly payment summary, and other reports required by management.
- Monitor daily cost and productivity through costing book.
- Management of resources including labor, machinery, buildings, etc.
- Other tasks and responsibilities required by management.
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oil palm plantation operation and management.
- Good knowledge in budgeting and accounting standards and systems for oil palm and agriculture plantation.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines.
- Open to relocate anywhere in Malaysia.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
