Job description Responsibility:
A Sales and Marketing Representative’s primary responsibility is to drive sales and promote products or services to customers across Malaysia and Singapore. To fulfill this role, they may perform the following tasks: develop and implement marketing strategies, generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and manage sales processes to ensure targets are met in both markets.
Scope:
Responsible for customer relationship management, demand generation, and order fulfillment across Malaysia and Singapore.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies to drive product or service demand, focusing on both the Malaysian and Singaporean markets.
Coordinate with the sales team to review sales plans and ensure alignment with marketing efforts to meet sales targets in both countries.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth in Malaysia and Singapore, collaborating with internal teams to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Work closely with the Logistics and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers in both countries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Operations, and Procurement, to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product availability for the Malaysian and Singaporean markets.
Analyze sales data and market feedback from both Malaysia and Singapore to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
